The Mitek Customer Service team works hard every day to ensure that customers are happy with the high performance products that they purchase from Mitek. Depending on the role within the Customer Service team, you may provide technical product support via phone, work with internal partners and external customers on product knowledge and training, answer incoming calls at our call center, or provide managerial support and direction to those within the customer service team.
