Resetting GlobalCOM Passwords
To reset the three-level passwords on a GlobalCOM unit, navigate to http://GLOBALCOMADDRESS/default.aspx#/FirstRun/Wizard2 and then click through. After that, you should be able to log in with any of the three default passwords.
